I graduated from the Napa Valley College (NVC) in Digital Design Graphics Technology (DDGT) in 2003 and then proceeded to get my B.A. from Cogswell Polytechnical College in Computer and Video Imaging with a concentration in 3D Modeling in 2005. After graduation, I began contracting to local clients of the Napa Valley using the skills in Digital Design, Video Production, 3D Modeling, Animation, IT, Web-Design I have learned. One of the many things I do is to take a client's idea and help turn it into a reality by creating their concept in 3D, creating Working Drawings, creation of their company branding, and creation of their website for marketing their products.
I was fortunate enough to be able to come back to NVC as an instructor in the same program where it all began for me. My experience in the program as a student, at Cogswell, and in the industry gives me a unique perspective to help instruct the students in our program today. The purpose of this website is to show students and clients alike the types of projects I have worked on and they types of skills needed to create these projects.
Gary is currently DDGT Program Coordinator at NVC.
